1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using szluxey.com you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. The site is operated by Shenzhen Luxey Co., Ltd. (brand: Luxey Lighting), a manufacturer of LED and solar lighting established in Shenzhen, China in 2007. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site.

2. Use of the website

This website is provided for information about our lighting products — solar street lights, LED street and area lighting, tunnel and high bay lights, high mast and stadium lights, flood lights, explosion-proof lamps, tri-proof lights, downlights and solar garden lights — and for contacting us about them. You may browse, compare series, download published datasheets for evaluation and tender use, and submit inquiries. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or republish its content as your own.

3. Product information and specifications

Specifications, photometric data, dimensions and images on this site are published in good faith and are subject to change as products are improved. Efficacy, luminous flux, autonomy and cycle-life figures are nominal values measured under standard test conditions; the light a site actually receives depends on the lens, mounting height, pole spacing and the ambient temperature, which is why we recommend a project-specific DIALux simulation.

A DIALux study, a TCO calculation or a sizing recommendation produced by us or by our calculator is a design aid based on the inputs you provide. It is not a guarantee of installed performance, and it does not override the specifications confirmed in your quotation. Final specifications, quantities and prices are those stated in the proforma invoice or sales contract issued for your order. Product images are representative; small differences in colour temperature, housing finish and label layout can occur between batches.

4. Quotations, orders and payment

Submitting the form on this site, or emailing us, does not create an order or a binding agreement. An order exists only once we have issued a proforma invoice or sales contract and you have confirmed it in writing, with any agreed deposit received. Prices, delivery terms and payment methods are those stated in that document; nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

5. Pricing, MOQ and lead time

We quote per project and do not publish a price list: the price of a solar street light depends on wattage, battery capacity, panel size, pole height, control scheme and shipping terms. Minimum order quantities vary by product line and are stated in the quotation; trial and mixed orders are usually possible. The lead times shown on this site (typically 7–15 days for standard configurations) are indicative and run from receipt of deposit and approved artwork or specification, not from the date of inquiry. Production, inspection, sea freight and customs clearance are separate stages, and freight transit time is set by the carrier.

6. Certifications and compliance

Our products are offered with the certifications listed on our quality page — CE, RoHS, ATEX, UL, TÜV, ETL, ISO 9001, DS N°01, INMETRO, RETILAP and NOM — subject to the model and the market. Certification documents and batch test reports are provided with the order or on request, and reflect the status held at the time of shipment. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the product and its documentation meet the requirements of the destination market, and for any local registration, labelling or import formalities that must be carried out by a party in that country.

7. Warranty

Warranty cover is 3–5 years depending on series (5 years on the AIOAS series), counted from the date of shipment, and is stated in the quotation for your order. It covers the luminaire and its integrated LiFePO4 battery and controller against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, within the operating conditions published for the product.

It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, use outside the rated voltage or temperature range, unauthorised modification or repair, lightning or grid surge beyond the published protection level, physical impact, immersion, vandalism, or failure to carry out the basic maintenance described in the datasheet. Claims should be sent to info@szluxey.com with the order number, quantity affected, a description of the fault and photographs or a short video. We will repair or replace, at our option, goods confirmed as defective; this is the extent of our obligation and, unless separately agreed in writing, the warranty does not include the cost of cranes, scaffolding, labour or freight.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, product renderings, structure diagrams, light distribution curves, DIALux reports, logos and page design — is the property of Shenzhen Luxey Co., Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may download and print published datasheets, photometric files and certificates for evaluating our products, for internal approval and for including in a tender you are preparing. Any other reproduction, republication, translation or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

9. Third-party names and trademarks

Product pages may refer to third-party components and formats — for example LED chip brands, SMD package types or battery chemistries — solely to describe what a luminaire is built from. Such references do not imply any affiliation with, authorisation by, or endorsement from the owner of those names, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective holders. Where a customer asks us to match a competitor's product or specification, the resulting comparison is based on published data and our own measurements, and the final match is confirmed by the specification in the order.

10. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular project — the specification for your project is the one written in your quotation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of website content alone, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

11. Third-party links

This site links to external websites, including our social media profiles, mapping services and standards bodies. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices; following an external link is at your own discretion.

12. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we use it to answer your inquiry and manage the resulting business relationship, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any contract concluded with us, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation; if that does not succeed within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, under the rules of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), in English or Chinese as the parties agree. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from applying for interim relief to a competent court.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products, services or the law change. The current version is always the one on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes apply from the date of posting; orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force when they were confirmed.
