This policy explains how Shenzhen Luxey Co., Ltd. (“Luxey”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information submitted through szluxey.com. Luxey has manufactured LED and solar lighting in Shenzhen since 2007 and supplies distributors, contractors, EPC firms and municipalities in 76 countries. We apply the same standard to your data that we apply to a lighting calculation: state the assumptions, keep it verifiable, and do not overstate.

We only ask for what we need to answer a technical or commercial question. When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect:
We also receive limited technical data automatically: IP address and browser user-agent (used to filter spam and abuse), and pages visited on this site. We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card details on this website — all payments are handled by invoice and bank transfer under a signed contract.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use your data for advertising, retargeting or profiling, and we do not send marketing email to addresses that contacted us for a quotation unless you ask to be added to a list.
Where the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on: consent when you submit a form; legitimate interest in responding to a commercial inquiry from a professional buyer; and contractual necessity when processing an order, shipping goods or honouring warranty terms.
This site uses two analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use it: Google Analytics 4 (property G-15WP7YYCBR) and Microsoft Clarity. Both set cookies and collect aggregated, anonymised data — pages viewed, session duration, traffic source, rough geography, and anonymised interaction heatmaps. Neither is used for advertising.
We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time and still browse every page; if you prefer, Google also publishes an analytics opt-out add-on.
We use a small number of service providers, each of which processes only the minimum data needed to do its job:
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights in the event of fraud or abuse.
Inquiries arrive by email and are stored in access-controlled business mailboxes and order files. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access is restricted to the staff who need it to answer you, and we review who holds access when responsibilities change. No system is perfect, but we do not keep data we cannot justify keeping.
Inquiry and quotation records are kept for 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted unless an active contract, an open warranty claim or a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time — see below.
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable data protection law, you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@szluxey.com with the subject line “Data request” and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have handled your data improperly you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Luxey is based in Shenzhen, China, and your inquiry is processed here. Where data originates in the EU/EEA or the UK, we transfer it on the basis of contractual safeguards and keep the transfer to what is necessary to answer you. By submitting an inquiry you acknowledge that your information will be processed in China as described in this policy.
This is a business-to-business website for importers, distributors, contractors, developers and public authorities. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information here, contact us and we will delete it.
If our practices, our tools or the law change, we update this page and move the “Last updated” date at the top. We do not retroactively widen the scope of a consent you have already given.
